Refund policy

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging where applicable.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@reywixa.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at contact@reywixa.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Please contact us at contact@reywixa.com to request an exchange.

 

Non-returnable Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law. We also cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
